Mark Jakubik is an appellate lawyer based in Philadelphia. He handles criminal and civil appeals, consults with trial lawyers on appellate and other legal issues nationwide. Mark practiced with two of Philadelphia’s largest firm’s for more than 12 years before forming his own firm. He has extensive exprience handling appeals in both state and federal appellate courts on a wide variety of issues for a diverse client base, including individuals and non-profits, as well as corporations and other business entities of all sizes.
